Stainless steel exhaust line.
From the Resto-Mod department
As too many refabs today, the exhaust pipes are made of cheap steel which rusts in less time that it takes to order them ! Tried once, the pipes were dead after less than 5 years… making a quick calculation, it was decided to try a replacement made from stainless steel.
Rimmer Bros as a provider, the exhaust line purchased in the late 90's is still in use today ! This extra costs was paid off already 5 times, excluding the trouble of replacing it.
The exhaust muffler itself is an ACR free-flow stainless steel supposed to offer a couple of extra-bhp. If the power is measured by the sound it produces, it surely was a success.
